Bustle; quilted ivory silk and cotton, with carrot shaped tubes of padding. Small rectangular shaped bustle, with silk on one side, cotton on the other. Fabric is quilted with carrot shaped tubes of padding extending from waist. One silk tie on proper right side of bustle.
